Such Energy and Passion!

This production of Jekyll & Hyde is filled with outstanding talent and unlimited energy. David Hasselhoff didn't hold back one iota - he gave it everything - to excellent results. He truly conveyed the conflict and passion of the good of Dr. Jekyll and the evil of Mr. Hyde. His acting was excellent and his singing carried his character's emotions perfectly . The talented and beautiful Andrea Rivette and Coleen Sexton were perfect opposite sides of the coin. I loved the set design, the set changes, and the way the cast and crew were so in tune with each other. This must be an emotionally draining show to do, and yet the cast made it seem like it was brand new right now. This is an excellent production that I highly recommend.

Not perfect, but worth a watch

Ok, this isn't a perfect show. The lyrics and script sometimes verge on the inane, and David Hasslehoff maybe wasn't the best choice for the lead- though he seems to hit his stride during the second act, so don't write him off right away. But the music is surprisingly catchy and the show keeps you at the edge of your seat. The rest of the cast is fantastic, especially Coleen Sexton as Lucy.

Loved!

Guilty Pleasure

So not great. Writing and lyrics and bad and David really doesn't pull this off. But I can't help but somewhat enjoy it, the music is still decent and the other actors are great. Watch at your own risk

THE HOFFFFFFF

Great performances, poor writing

I was pleasantly surprised by Hasslehoff's performance. He managed to stay on level with the rest of the superbly talented cast in both vocals and character. The choreography was very mediocre. The storyline was quite drab and confusing, and I don't think it lived up to the original writing of Jekyll and Hyde at all. Overall, I enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone who isn't hypercritical.

Dreadful adaptation

This is the least sparkling adaptation of a sci-fi story that I have ever seen. Bland characters whose objectives are dulled by poor performance by the actors, especially the lead. I didn't even finish watching this.
